I love that you follow me. It’s been an honor to distract your eyes and ears for these past months. For now, I am taking a break from posting. To be honest, it was never my style in the first place. Changing people’s minds just isn’t my way. I’d much rather get along with everyone and love those around me. I once found all these arguements interesting and important but my life’s time is more important than simple ranting. To be honest, I started this with the mission of finding the best stuff, the positive, uplifting and inspiring stuff. But too much of this is negative and sarcastic and there’s enough of that in my daily life.
I’m still a very happy, loving atheist and I love to find the truth in things. But it’s no longer my fight. I never cared very much but it was fun. It has never made me happy. Not even on day one. I was doing this out of fun and adventure and to educate myself. I was aways happy and posting these links wasn’t making me any more happier than I was already.
And so it ends.

GOSH! DON’T YOU KNOW, EVERYBODY SHOULD BE A FUCKING SCIENTIST!!!!!!!
Nobody needs to be a scientist. But many people are taught how to read; they could try using that skill when it comes to understanding how the world works. Many things in science aren’t that hard to understand, and there’s a world of easy-to-understand science books out there that would answer many people’s questions about how the world works if they just bothered to read.
Yes because on top of all the college work that everybody else has to do, they should be reading up on a science that does not interest them or they do not need to know about simply to satisfy your need for everybody to conform and be at your standards.
No. Get the fuck out.
When did I ever say people have to conform to my standards, or to conform at all? I said nothing about conforming. I, to paraphrase, was saying that if people want to know about how the world works, all they have to do is educate themselves. I’m not sure why you find self-education to be so offensive, nor do I understand why you think self-education in one’s spare time at their own leisure to be such a trying, time consuming task because it really isn’t.
Of course, if people don’t want to understand how the world works, that’s their prerogative, so long as they accept that if they choose to voice ignorant or uninformed opinions, they will likely be ridiculed by those who have taken the time to educate themselves. Ignorance tends to beget ridicule, after all.
The person who says that ecucating yourself is a form of “conforming” is a truely helpless beast. His vile attitude hints at a lifestyle of ignorance and fear (and likely experience with being ridiculed)
